Job summary

Glades Guppy Packaging Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Executive Logistics - Export & Import to lead and optimize export and import operations. You will coordinate container movements with warehouses, prepare trade documents, and liaise with banks, MICC, FMM, and embassies for regulatory compliance.

You will ensure accurate shipping docs, coordinate with forwarders and customs, and maintain adherence to HACCP, ISO 14001, BRC-IoP, FSC CoC standards while driving paperless initiatives and

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years in logistics, import/export, or supply chain operations.
• Hands-on experience with import/export docs, customs clearance and freight forwarding.
• Good knowledge of international trade regulations, Incoterms and shipping procedures.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and plan export, import and logistics operations.
• Liaise with store/warehouse on container movement.
• Coordinate all export/import activities including LC and trade documents with banks and agencies.
• Prepare shipping documentation such as bills of lading and packing lists.
• Coordinate with forwarders, shipping agencies, customs, customers, and departments.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP/ISO/BRC and other guidelines; stay updated on regs.
• Audit shipping practices to ensure policy adherence and on-time delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
