Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, international trade, or related discipline.
• Professional certification in logistics, customs, international trade, or supply chain is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily import and export activities, ensuring timely shipment execution.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teams.
• Monitor shipment schedules to meet delivery timelines and resolve delays and discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate import/export documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with customs authorities, port authorities, shipping lines, and agents.
• Lead and coach import/export staff, assign work, and monitor performance.
• Develop and enforce SOPs, improve documentation accuracy, and monitor KPIs.
