Job summary

Mondelez Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Logistics Import/Export Executive to manage end-to-end import/export planning, oversee documentation, and coordinate with 3PLs to ensure on-time deliveries.

You will analyze MITI submissions, monitor shipments, optimize container use, and consolidate regular reports for management visibility. The role requires strong communication, accuracy, and FMCG/logistics experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant import/export/logistics experience.
• Experience in FMCG or consumer goods is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cost analysis submissions to MITI and related regulatory compliance.
• Review and verify import/export documentation and support 3PL documentation updates.
• Manage FG FG/LRM RM/PM import processes and ensure timely clearance.
• Monitor inbound/outbound shipments and optimise container utilisation.
• Consolidate and distribute reports on all import/export activities for decision-making.
