Job summary

Private Advertiser in Shah Alam seeks a Senior Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end logistics, import/export, customs, shipping, and warehouse activities for timely, cost-efficient delivery and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with internal teams, customers, suppliers, freight forwarders and authorities, monitor performance, drive improvements, and support the Supply Chain Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics or related field.
• 5+ years in logistics, import/export, customs or warehouse ops.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian customs procedures and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate import/export operations including customs clearance and shipping documents.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and authorities to meet schedules.
• Plan and monitor domestic and international shipments for on-time delivery.
• Monitor shipment status, proactively address delays and risks.
• Manage service providers' performance and drive cost optimization.
• Supervise warehouse administration and inventory movements.
• Analyze logistics performance for continuous improvement.
