Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Shipping and Logistics & Services.
• Experience handling Ocean, Air, Intermodal or bundled logistics.
• Fluent English and Mandarin communication.
• Strong ownership and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel within Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management & Development: Cultivate and expand local business relationships and portfolios.
• Client Strategy & Planning: Develop long-term growth plans including new accounts within the assigned portfolio.
• Sales Management: Identify opportunities and tailor solutions aligned with Ocean and Logistics product strategies.
• Customer Satisfaction: Monitor local NPS and implement initiatives to improve satisfaction across accounts.
• Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with area, regional and global functions and provide feedback to the Malaysia Sales Lead.
• For key customers, create account business plans covering Ocean and Logistics & Services products.
