• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Monitor shipment delays, changes, and exceptions and communicate them to customers.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Assist with quotations, billing queries, and other customer-related matters when required.
• Maintain accurate customer and shipment records in the company system.
