Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Transportation or Business Studies.
• 2 years’ freight forwarding experience, especially ocean/sea freight.
• Excellent time management, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Total Service to value customers across channels.
• Handle day-to-day operations, especially ocean export shipments, from booking to invoicing.
• Advise clients on logistics processes and documentation.
• Arrange bookings, issue orders, and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain data accuracy in systems and communicate with customers.
• Follow up shipments and ensure proactive communication with stakeholders.
• Maintain carrier and customer relationships and resolve issues.
• Provide shipment quotes and set up shipments as required.
• Prepare export declarations and update clients on clearance progress.
• Coordinate movement of shipments and track status for clients.
• Engage internal services and monitor portal usage for errors.
• Ensure billing tasks and COD processes are completed on time.
• Manage vendor performance and document service failures.
