Job summary

EPS Malaysia is seeking an Executive / Senior Executive Operations (Logistics) to manage end-to-end shipping and documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with Customer Service and Sales to resolve issues and organize loads for efficiency, while reviewing contracts for payment approvals.

The role requires strong problem solving, analytical thinking and Mandarin proficiency to liaise with clients and teams, with a focus on cost control and driver coordination.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years in warehouse management, preferably in logistics/manufacturing.
• Computer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal, problem solving, planning and analytical abilities.
• Resourceful and independent with good initiative.

Responsibilities

• Handle the full spectrum of shipping and logistics documents.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Sales to resolve issues.
• Organize truck loads and routing schedules for efficiency and profitability.
• Review shipping documents for contract terms and approvals.
• Liaise with in-house and third-party transporters to plan deliveries.
• Monitor costs through geographical planning and driver/vehicle tracking.
