Qualifications

• Experience in LMW documentation and customs compliance.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage interdepartmental communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update all LMW-related documentation and records for audits and inspections.
• Prepare and submit LMW monthly reports and relevant forms accurately and on time.
• Coordinate renewal of licences, permits, and other regulatory approvals to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Assist in preparation and submission of documentation to JKDM and other authorities.
• Support Supply Chain and Logistics activities through proper documentation and filing.
