Job summary

Goldpar Precision Sdb Bhd in Johor, Malaysia, invites applications for a Custom & LMW Officer to manage LMW and customs documentation and ensure regulatory compliance within our warehouse operations. The role requires coordinating with customs, forwarding agents, logistics providers and internal teams, maintaining accurate records, and preparing monthly stock reports and scrap documentation as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in LMW, Customs, bonded warehouse or related logistics roles.
• Familiar with warehouse, inventory and documentation control.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Handle, maintain and submission of LMW / Customs related documentation, records and reports
• Assist with LMW submission, application, compliance, renewal and audit preparation
• Maintain warehouse incoming, outgoing and inventory records
• Perform stock checking, inventory reconciliation and documentation control
• Maintain import/export, shipping and supporting documents
• Coordinate with Customs, forwarding agents, logistics providers and internal departments
• Ensure all records and supporting documents are accurate and properly filed
• Prepare monthly closing stock (FG, Material, Packaging, Paint)
• Prepare monthly stock value (FG, Material, Packaging, Paint)
• Prepare monthly scrap report and arrange buyer for scrap collector (waste carton, purging, plastic waste)
