Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Custom & LMW Officer to manage LMW and Customs documentation, records and warehouse operations in Johor. You will coordinate with customs, forwarding agents, logistics providers and internal teams to ensure compliance and accurate record-keeping.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in logistics or a related field, 1–3 years experience, and strong Excel skills. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics or related field.
• Experience with LMW, customs, bonded warehouse, or import/export is preferred.
• Strong documentation and inventory control skills.
• Proficient computer skills including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle, maintain and submission of LMW / Customs related documentation, records and reports
• Assist with LMW submission, application, compliance, renewal and audit preparation
• Maintain warehouse incoming, outgoing and inventory records
• Perform stock checking, inventory reconciliation and documentation control
• Maintain import/export, shipping and supporting documents
• Coordinate with Customs, forwarding agents, logistics providers and internal departments
• Ensure all records and supporting documents are accurate and properly filed
• Prepare monthly closing stock (FG, Material, Packaging, Paint)
• Prepare monthly stock value (FG, Material, Packaging, Paint)
• Prepare monthly scrap report and arrange buyer for scrap collector
