Job summary

ATLAS PACKAGING SOLUTION in Penang, Malaysia, is seeking a Warehouse & LMW Compliance Executive to manage LMW and Customs documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with customs, forwarding agents, and internal teams.

The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, stock control, and audit preparation, with a focus on Excel-based documentation and fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in LMW, customs, bonded warehouse, import/export, logistics or warehouse operations.
• Familiar with warehouse, inventory and documentation control.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Handle and maintain LMW / Customs related documentation and records
• Assist with LMW application, compliance, renewal and audit preparation
• Maintain warehouse incoming, outgoing and inventory records
• Perform stock checking, inventory reconciliation and documentation control
• Maintain import/export, shipping and supporting documents
• Coordinate with Customs, forwarding agents, logistics providers and internal departments
• Ensure all records and supporting documents are accurate and properly filed
• Assist in other warehouse and administrative duties when required
