Leasing and Tenant Sourcing: Identify, approach, and secure potential tenants for commercial, retail, or industrial properties, including newly developed and renovated properties.

Construct & Fit Out Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to monitor construction progress, unit readiness, tenant fit-out works, and handover schedules.

Lease Negotiation and Documentation: Negotiate leasing terms and prepare or review Letters of Offer (LOO) and Tenancy Agreements (TA), ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable requirements.

Site Inspection and Technical Coordination: Conduct site visits with prospective tenants to assess unit suitability, layout plans, building facilities, and technical requirements in coordination with the project team.

Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with the legal, finance, project management, and operations teams to facilitate tenant handovers, rental commencement, and leasing arrangements.

Market Research and Reporting: Conduct market research on rental rates, competitor properties, and market demand. Prepare leasing updates, occupancy reports, and rental revenue reports for management review.

Key Requirement

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in leasing, property management, or commercial real estate, preferably involving newly developed or renovated properties.

Basic understanding of construction processes, building layouts, architectural drawings, and project timelines will be an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with property management systems or leasing databases is an added advantage.

Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

Self-motivated, organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while managing multiple leasing activities and deadlines.
