West River Berhad is seeking a proactive Property Executive to oversee the company’s property portfolio, investments and development activities, while providing administrative support to the Managing Director/CEO. The role covers asset management, tenancy administration and coordination of property transactions.

We are seeking a proactive, responsible and well-organised Property Executive to oversee the Company's property portfolio, property investments and development activities, while providing administrative and executive support to the Managing Director/CEO.
Key Responsibilities
1. Property & Asset Management
Manage the Company's properties, including tenancy administration, rental collection, tenant sourcing, lease renewals, maintenance and statutory matters.
Identify and evaluate new property investment opportunities, including acquisitions, disposals, market research and feasibility assessments.
Coordinate property sales and purchases, including negotiations, valuations and related documentation.
2. Banking, Legal & Authorities
Liaise with banks on property financing, refinancing, loan applications and related matters.
Coordinate with lawyers on Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA), tenancy agreements, conveyancing and legal documentation.
Handle property-related approvals and matters with land offices, local councils and relevant authorities.
3. Property Development & Administration
Coordinate new property development projects, including planning, approvals, consultants, contractors, budgets and progress monitoring.
Maintain property records, financial documentation and prepare reports and updates for Management.
Perform any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.
4. Executive & Administrative Support
Provide administrative and personal support to the Managing Director/CEO, including calendar management, appointments, travel arrangements and meeting coordination.
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, minutes and other relevant documents.
Coordinate, monitor and follow up on tasks and action items assigned by the Managing Director/CEO.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Banking, Finance, Law, Business Administration or related disciplines.
Preferably 3–5 years of relevant working experience in property management, property development, banking, financing, legal or executive administration.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and will be considered based on qualifications, aptitude and interview performance.
Candidates with experience in banking, property financing, conveyancing or property transactions will have an added advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, coordination and organisational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
