Job summary

YC Capital in Malaysia is seeking an Executive, Learning & Development to lead workforce capability development through strategic training initiatives, facilitation, and data-driven learning solutions across outlets and sites.

You will design and deliver onboarding, SOP training, soft skills, leadership modules, and deliver end-to-end program management while ensuring HRDC compliance and training analytics to drive ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Employee Engagement, HR, Event Management, or related roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and project coordination skills.
• Creative, proactive, and energetic personality.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the annual training strategy aligned with business goals and workforce capability needs.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted development interventions.
• Design structured learning pathways to support operational excellence and leadership readiness.
