Job summary

Shipco Transport Inc. in Penang is seeking a Senior LCL Export Coordinator to support day-to-day operations, coordinate with carriers and warehouses, and ensure timely shipments.

You will monitor inquiries, bookings, documentation, and follow SOPs to optimize trade lanes, with English and Malay required and Mandarin preferred for Mandarin-speaking clients. A Diploma/advanced qualification in logistics or related field and at least 1 year of import/export experience are expected; EPF/SOCSO and

• Diploma/advanced qualification in logistics or related field.
• Proficiency in English and Malay; Mandarin preferred for Mandarin-speaking clients.
• At least 1 year of experience in freight forwarding or logistics.

Responsibilities

• Attend to local and overseas inquiries pertaining to rates and bookings.
• Coordinate bookings, carrier liaison, and container status with carriers and warehouses.
• Ensure shipping documents are prepared within required time frames and follow SOPs.
