Job summary
Shipco Transport Inc. is seeking a proactive FCL Export Coordinator based in Klang to support customers daily, liaise with carriers, transporters and warehouses, and ensure timely execution of shipments in line with SOPs and workflows.
The role requires coordinating bookings, monitoring shipments until cargo arrival, and handling documentation efficiently. We are looking for candidates with a Diploma/Advanced/Higher in Logistics or related fields, strong communication, and organizational skills
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistics/Transportation or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customers’ inquiries on bookings and shipment status.
- Coordinate bookings preparation for customer cargoes and liaise with carriers.
- Monitor container status with carriers and update customers accordingly.
- Coordinate with warehouse on container statuses and vessel departure changes.
- Prepare railing instructions and coordinate with warehouse/truckers.
- Follow up with shippers on discrepancies in M3 or packages.
- Ensure all shipping documents are prepared within the required time frame.
