Job summary

Cartrack SEA, a world-leading fleet management and telematics solutions provider, seeks a Senior Key Account Manager/Key Account Officer to join the Kuala Lumpur team. You will build relationships with fleet managers and system users, manage all services related to key accounts, and drive upselling opportunities.

On-site in Kuala Lumpur, you will resolve inquiries, coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, and strive to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years customer service, aftersales or account management with B2B clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy and computer literate.
• Team player with energy and ability to work independently.
• Willing to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur and do fieldwork around KL and nearby areas.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with decision makers, fleet managers, and system users for all Key Account services.
• Establish rapport and trust through proactive engagement.
• Identify upselling opportunities by understanding client needs.
• Resolve inquiries from all channels with timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions meeting client objectives.
• Identify strategies to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention.
• Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for stakeholders.

Responsibility:

• Build strong relationships with decision makers/fleet managers/system users and manage of all services related to Key Accounts

• Resolve customers enquiries or issues from all channels, and ensure proper follow-up to the final resolution within the stipulated time frame
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client's objectives

• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field or course or equivalent industry experience
• With minimum 5 years customer service experience, aftersales or account management/ handling existing B2B clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Tech-savvy and computer literate
• Team player with a high level of energy and able to work independently
• Willing to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur and can-do fieldwork around Kuala Lumpur and nearby areas.
