Cure IT Solutions is seeking a Senior Information Technology Support Engineer to join our on-site team in Johor Baharu. You will provide advanced technical support to end users and systems, diagnose and resolve complex issues, and maintain infrastructure reliability and security across Windows and Linux environments.

Qualifications

• Strong technical support and help desk skills for issue resolution and escalation.
• Solid IT and system administration skills for servers, networks, and core infrastructure.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills for complex hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
• Experience in enterprise environments with Windows/Linux, networking, and security best practices.
• Proficiency with ticketing systems, remote support tools, and monitoring platforms.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and supporting junior team members in fast-paced settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or equivalent practical experience.
• Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+, Microsoft, Cisco or similar are an advantage.
