Responsibilities

• Provide L3-level technical support for complex desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues.
• Diagnose and resolve advanced hardware, software, Windows OS, and network-related problems.
• Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory, Group Policy, user permissions, and account-related issues.
• Handle advanced application troubleshooting, system configuration, and performance optimization.
• Investigate recurring incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent solutions.
• Support endpoint management, security updates, patching, and system upgrades.
• Manage escalated incidents from L1/L2 teams and ensure resolution within SLA requirements.
• Collaborate with L2/L3 teams and other IT departments to resolve complex technical issues.
• Maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting procedures, and incident records.
