Job summary

The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission is seeking a Senior ICT professional to plan, design, implement and govern Digital Office and Digital Workplace services across the organisation from its Cyberjaya campus.

You will manage Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online, ensuring secure, reliable access across locations and devices. The role requires five years of M365 experience, ITIL proficiency, and strong governance skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related discipline from a reputable university.
• Minimum five years in Microsoft 365 administration, cloud services, end-user computing, IT service management or related field, including coordinating vendors and ops teams.
• Expertise in Microsoft products such as M365, Exchange, Active Directory, and Cloud Services (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS).
• ITIL and Microsoft 365 Administrator Certification; Knowledge of MS Power Apps and Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor enterprise Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 applications, Exchange Online and related IT infrastructure services.
• Plan, implement, and monitor Microsoft 365 and Digital Signature services, license and usage.
• Manage user and email accounts, groups, shared mailboxes and mail-flow rules; resolve related issues.
• Manage and assign software licenses for users and ensure license compliance.
• Plan, implement and monitor security policies, data governance and information-protection controls.
• Oversee Teams and SharePoint configurations and permissions.
• Manage mobile devices and apps; enforce security policies.
• Monitor performance and system health; generate usage reports.
• Provide technical support and training to improve adoption of Microsoft 365 services.
• Plan provisioning of devices, tools and licenses; manage inventory and records.
