Job summary

Tech Staffing is seeking a skilled M365 Administrator for our Penang Island facility. The role covers end-user support for M365 services (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint), account management (Azure AD, Exchange), and security/compliance tasks. You will also help with onboarding/offboarding, DR exercises, and ITIL-based processes.

Based in Penang Island, the position is a 5-day work week (08:30–17:30). Strong PowerShell scripting and SCCM familiarity are required to ensure smooth operation across the

Qualifications

• Min 4 years’ experience in M365 Administration.
• In-depth knowledge of M365 services including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Azure Active Directory (AAD) and integrations with M365.
• Familiarity with SCCM and Microsoft Security & Compliance Center tools.
• Experience in PowerShell scripting.

Responsibilities

• Provide end users support for M365 services (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, etc).
• Manage, monitor, and secure M365 accounts; handle password resets and MFA setup.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and access rights management.
• Create and manage user accounts and groups in Exchange/Azure AD.
• Prepare incident reports and participate in ITIL processes for incidents and changes.
• Contribute to DR and Business Continuity drills.
• Maintain CCTV and networking infrastructure (VPN, LAN/WAN, firewall).
• Handle Synology NAS backup.

Job Summary:

• Provide end users support within the organisation, for M365 services include messaging and collaboration, such as Teams, UC, Outlook, Endpoint Protection, Intune, Azure AD, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Sharepoint, etc
• Manage, monitor and secure M365 accounts, including password resets, multi-factor authentication (MFA) setup and license assignments
• Support onboarding and offboarding, users access rights and account deletion
• Create standard and guest user accounts and adding users to Distribution Lists, Shared Mailboxes and Azure AD groups
• Create and maintain Distribution Lists, Shared Mailboxes via Exchange Admin centre and Azure
• Prepare incident reports
• Apply ITIL-based processes for incident, change and problem management
• Participate in DR and Business Continuity drill
• Maintain CCTV and networking infrastructure in the organisation such as VPN, LAN, WAN, Wireless Access Point, Firewall
• Synology NAS backup

Requirements:

• Min 4 years’ experience in M365 Administration
• M365 Application Expertise: in-depth knowledge of M365 services including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Azure Active Directory (AAD) and integrations with M365
• Familiarity with SCCM, Microsoft Security & Compliance Center tools
• Experience in PowerShell scripting skills
• Based in Penang Island, 5 days work week 8.30am - 5.30pm
