Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily IT operations across HQ and Malaysia schools.
• Support school IT leads and ensure service delivery aligns with SLAs.
• Provide technical support for Windows and macOS devices and Microsoft 365.
• Maintain IT inventories, hardware lifecycle, licensing and asset management.
• Escalate complex infrastructure and cybersecurity issues to specialists.
• Assist in implementing group technology initiatives and cross-campus coverage.
