Job summary

Eastspring Investments in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end infrastructure, workplace technology and service operations. The role ensures delivery against SLAs, coordinates regional vendors and internal teams, and guides incident responses.

You will drive continuous improvement in IT operations, oversee asset lifecycle, patches, and changes, and partner with HR and finance on budgets and vendor contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related discipline.
• 10+ years in IT infrastructure and technology operations.
• Proven experience managing outsourced services and vendors.
• Strong incident, problem and change management capabilities.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and endpoint management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end IT service delivery within agreed SLAs across infrastructure and workplace tech.
• Coordinate incidents, problems and changes with regional teams and vendors.
• Lead operational readiness for hardware, software, upgrades and migrations.
• Manage backups, DR plans and business continuity testing.
• Provide leadership to the IT operations team and ensure governance.
• Prepare and review budgets, contracts, and cost optimization.
