The role covers Microsoft 365 and identity management, onboarding/offboarding, asset lifecycle, IT governance, reporting, and remote-to-onsite IT support, with vendor coordination and team guidance. The company values proactive service delivery and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Microsoft 365/Azure/Entra ID/Intune certifications are a plus.
• 1–3 years IT support or admin experience; fresh graduates may apply for Executive.
• Hands-on experience managing multiple Microsoft 365 tenants and licenses.

Responsabilidades

• Administer multiple Microsoft 365 tenants, user accounts, and licenses.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding, provisioning and deprovisioning user access.
• Oversee IT asset inventory, lifecycle, and procurement coordination.
• Develop, review, and enforce IT policies, SOPs, and governance.
• Maintain IT records and prepare operational reports.
