Job summary

Zen Vision Group Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced interior designer in Kuala Lumpur. You will lead design concepts, mood boards, space planning, and prepare detailed drawings and 3D renderings.

The role involves managing projects from concept to completion, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Requirements include a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design/Interior Architecture and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Interior Design/Interior Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant interior design experience.
• Experience handling projects independently preferred.
• Portfolio of completed interior design projects required.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin/Cantonese an advantage.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in interior design, preferably with experience handling projects independently

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering software, and other relevant design tools

Strong knowledge of space planning, design concepts, mood board development, construction drawings, materials, finishes, and technical detailing

Ability to develop creative design concepts, mood boards, colour schemes, material palettes, and overall design direction

Strong creative, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills

Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines and project requirements

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage

Willing to travel to project sites when required

Portfolio of completed interior design projects is required
