• Strong design sense with color coordination and spatial planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and project teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Up-to-date with design trends and site fit-out processes.

Job description

Collaborate closely with clients to understand their design requirements and spatial needs.

Develop comprehensive design concepts, layout plans, and mood boards.

Produce high-quality 3D renderings and precise technical/construction drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D Max.

Prepare and present design proposals, material specifications, and color schemes for client approval.

Conduct site visits with Project Managers to monitor progress and ensure construction aligns with design intent and quality standards.

Coordinate with Project Managers and suppliers to ensure timely project execution and delivery.

Manage project design timelines and deliverables efficiently.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in a professional interior design role.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Experience handling Commercial projects will be an added advantage.

Strong design sense with excellent color coordination, spatial planning, and sharp attention to detail.

Good communication and interpersonal skills to confidently liaise with clients and project teams.

Able to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
