Job summary

Talent Recruit represents an interior design and construction client based in Penang. The role focuses on translating client preferences into comprehensive interior design plans, guidelines, and quotations, while coordinating with Mandarin-speaking customers.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of experience and proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketching, 3D Max and SketchUp, with a Diploma in Interior Design or related field and strong English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin communication skills.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketching, 3D Max and SketchUp.
• Diploma/Advanced/Graduate Diploma in Interior Design or related field.
• Excellent communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

• Develop design plans including space layouts, color schemes, materials, and furniture.
• Prepare accurate project estimates and quotations from specifications.
• Stay informed on industry trends, software updates and new technologies.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, requirements, and budget constraints.
• Develop comprehensive design plans, including space layouts, color schemes, material selection, and furniture recommendations.
• Prepare accurate project estimates and quotations based on client specifications.
• Stay informed on industry trends, software updates, and emerging technologies to continually enhance design capabilities.

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in the field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketching, 3D Max, and SketchUp.
• A minimum of a Diploma/Advanced/Graduate Diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, as the role involves liaising with Mandarin-speaking customers.
