Job summary

MPS Solutions Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist and Supervisor to drive lead generation and manage a growing sales team in Malaysia.

You will source opportunities via calls, email, and outreach, while maintaining CRM data and collaborating with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer journey. The role requires 3+ years in inside sales with at least 1 year in supervision, bilingual communication (English/Mandarin), and a focus on meeting daily and monthly targets.

Qualifications

• 3 years inside sales experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Malaysian citizen.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Strong time management, organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience in copier industry is preferred.
• Proficient with CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source new sales opportunities via inbound follow-ups, outbound calls (100 daily), cold calling, and email.
• Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Qualify leads, upsell/cross-sell, and route prospects to Sales Executives.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline, MIF data, and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Meet daily and monthly lead generation targets.
