Job summary

Latitude Five Production (M) Sdn Bhd in Penang, Malaysia, is seeking a Senior Inside Sales Representative for events and corporate team-building bookings. You will convert inbound enquiries into confirmed sales, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to close.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in corporate sales, with strong consultative selling, presentation, negotiation and closing skills. Experience in events, hospitality or team-building is an advantage; Mandarin ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong skills in consultative selling, presentations, negotiation and closing.
• Able to manage your sales pipeline independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in corporate sales, events, hospitality or team building is an advantage.
• Mandarin communication skills are an added advantage when liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and present persuasive proposals.
