Nexpipo in Malaysia seeks a Mandarin-speaking Sales Advisor (Event Management) based in Petaling Jaya to drive new business, manage client relationships, and translate client needs into compelling event proposals. Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential, with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to support roadshows, launches, activations, and corporate events.

Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years of sales/business development or related role.
Experience in event management or related industries is preferred.
Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop relationships with prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
Follow up on sales leads and convert opportunities into confirmed projects.
Promote event management services, including roadshows, mall events, product launches, brand activations, exhibitions, and corporate events.
Understand clients' objectives to tailor event solutions and present proposals.
Prepare quotations, presentations, and cost estimates based on client requirements.
Negotiate pricing and terms to maintain profitability; work toward sales targets.
