Job summary

iSpace Event Venue is seeking a driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur. You will focus on converting enquiries into bookings for training rooms, meeting spaces and event venues, while presenting tailored solutions to clients.

Ideal candidates are sales-driven, comfortable meeting people, and capable of juggling multiple enquiries. You will enjoy performance-based rewards and a fast-growing venue brand with exposure to corporate events and activations.

Qualifications

• Sales-driven personality with strong closing instincts.
• Confident communicator who enjoys meeting people.
• Organised and able to manage multiple enquiries.
• Experience in venue, events, hospitality, co-working or training industry is a plus.
• Positive attitude and strong ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage and convert venue enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Conduct venue showrounds and present tailored solutions.
• Prepare quotations and follow up strategically to close deals.
• Build relationships with repeat clients and corporate accounts.
• Proactively source new leads and partnerships.
• Work closely with operations to ensure smooth event delivery.
