Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of systems for large data centers and mission-critical projects.

You will lead site teams, manage risks, and drive operational excellence from award to handover, interfacing with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in HVAC project delivery.
• Proven experience managing large-scale commercial, industrial, or data center projects.
• Strong knowledge of chilled water systems, CRAH/CRAC, AHUs, ventilation, and preferred BMS integration.
• Experience with mission-critical or data center projects is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of HVAC design, installation sequences, and T&C processes.
• Sound knowledge of contract management, project controls, and cost management.
• Familiar with MS Project / Primavera, MS Excel, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC projects from design coordination, procurement, installation, testing & commissioning (T&C), to final handover.
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contract scope, specifications, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and monitor project execution plans, master schedule, and manpower allocation.
• Oversee critical path activities and implement recovery plans when needed.
• Lead project meetings (technical, progress, coordination, and commercial).
• Act as the primary point of contact with clients, consultants, and main contractors.
• Ensure timely submission and approval of shop drawings, method statements, and technical documents.
• Maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business and future opportunities.
• Coordinate closely with MEP, CSA, vendors, and commissioning teams.
