SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE (COMPENSATION & BENEFITS-PAYROLL )
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive (C&B - Payroll) to join our team. This role is responsible for managing payroll operations, administering employee benefits, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting daily HR operations.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and manage employee compensation and benefits programs, including payroll, allowances, incentives, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with company policies and local labour laws, ensuring high accuracy and timely disbursement
- Handle employee benefits administration such as medical insurance, leave management, and claims processing.
- Maintain and update employee records related to compensation, benefits, and HRIS systems.
- Support salary benchmarking, market surveys, and analysis to ensure competitive compensation structures.
- Assist in the development, review, and implementation of compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
- Liaise with external vendors, insurance providers, and government authorities on benefits-related matters.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics related to payroll, headcount, and compensation trends.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal audit standards.
- Address employee queries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies in a timely and professional manner.
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in payroll, compensation & benefits, or HR operations.
- Well-versed in Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Hands‑on experience with payroll systems and HRIS; proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good knowledge of compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
