Job summary

UOA Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to support and manage day-to-day HR activities for the property. You will handle attendance, leaves, transfers, payroll inputs, and maintain accurate employee records while coordinating recruitment and onboarding efforts.

The role requires strong communication and organisational skills, the ability to manage confidential information, and the drive to support employee relations and performance processes across the team.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Good knowledge of HR operations and employee relations.
  • Experience with attendance, leave, payroll inputs and documentation.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Able to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily HR operations and provide support to employees and management.
  • Handle employee matters including attendance, leave, confirmation, transfers, and resignations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support recruitment activities, onboarding, and employee movements.
  • Coordinate payroll-related information and ensure timely submission of payroll inputs.
  • Monitor attendance, overtime, and leave records.
  • Assist with employee relations matters and disciplinary processes.
  • Provide guidance to employees and department heads on HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate staff engagement, welfare, and communication activities.
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Assist in training coordination and maintain training records.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and relevant employment requirements.
  • Prepare HR reports, headcount updates, and other management reports.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
  • Handle employee enquiries and provide timely HR support.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the HR Manager or management.

  • Able to handle confidential information professionally.
