MARIBUMI SDN BHD is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee the full spectrum of human resources activities in Sabah, Malaysia. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations, while ensuring compliance with labour laws and internal policies.

Oversee and manage the overall Human Resource functions and activities of the company.
Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and systems.
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, resignations, and termination.
Plan and coordinate manpower requirements and recruitment activities based on organizational needs.
Oversee payroll, attendance, leave, overtime, allowances, and employee benefits in coordination with the relevant departments.
Monitor employee attendance, discipline, performance, and compliance with company policies.
Handle employee relations and workplace issues, including grievances, misconduct, counselling, and disciplinary matters.
Coordinate performance management and employee appraisal processes.
Identify and coordinate training and development programmes to support employee skills and organizational needs.
Monitor employee welfare, engagement, and workplace-related matters.
Liaise with relevant government agencies, statutory bodies, and external parties on HR and employment matters.
Provide HR reports, analysis, and recommendations to Management when required.
Advise Management and department heads on HR policies, employee matters, and workforce-related issues.
Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company information.
Perform other HR-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in an administrative or HR management role.
Strong understanding of Labor laws, HR best practiced and organizational procedures.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR-related systems.
