Job summary

VitaHealth Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive HR professional to join our team in Malaysia. You will handle payroll, recruitment, onboarding, and work permit applications for foreign staff while maintaining accurate employee records.

You will also support employee relations, HR administration and reporting, ensure compliance with laws, and drive HR initiatives to enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HR professional with payroll, recruitment and onboarding experience.
• Experience handling work permit applications and renewals for foreign staff.
• Knowledge of employment laws and statutory requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Handle monthly payroll processing and ensure timely submission.

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.

Handle work permit applications and renewals for foreign employees/promoters.

Provide day‑to‑day HR support and manage employee records.

Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters and HR administration.

Coordinate confirmation, transfers, promotions and resignations.

Prepare monthly HR and management reports.

Support HR policies, training, employee engagement and company activities.

Ensure compliance with employment laws, statutory requirements and company policies.

Handle ad‑hoc HR projects and initiatives.

Be proactive, bring new ideas and continuously improve HR processes and employee experience.

Is proactive, independent and hands‑on.

Is aggressive, resourceful and confident in handling people and getting results.

Has good communication and interpersonal skills.

Can work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Has experience in payroll, recruitment, work permits and general HR operations.

Has good knowledge of employment practices and statutory requirements.
