Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of full-spectrum HR experience, including at least 2 years in a senior, lead or managerial capacity.
Strong hands-on experience in talent acquisition, payroll, HR operations, employee relations and policy development.
Sound knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB.
Experience in high-volume recruitment or supporting a growing SME, retail, e-commerce or sales-driven organisation is an advantage.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Able to work independently, advise management and manage confidential information professionally.
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Willing to work full-time on-site in Shah Alam.

Lead workforce planning and end-to-end recruitment across MASKHAL, prioritising Live Commerce, Sales and other key business functions.
Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, confirmation, promotion and separation.
Oversee payroll, attendance, leave, benefits and statutory contributions in coordination with the Account team.
Develop and maintain HR policies, SOPs, employment contracts and employee records.
Ensure HR practices comply with Malaysian employment laws and company policies.
Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and performance concerns professionally.
Coordinate KPI setting, performance reviews, employee development and training initiatives.
Prepare HR reports and advise the CEO and department leaders on workforce matters.
Build practical and scalable HR systems to support MASKHAL’s continued growth.
