QL Livestock Farming Sdn Bhd in Kuching, Sarawak invites an HR generalist to oversee monthly payroll close, recruit local and foreign workers, and manage licenses and permits.
You will handle disciplinary and welfare matters, assist in safety investigations, and develop HR initiatives to improve efficiency. Degree in HR required; own transport preferred; 2 years payroll/foreign worker admin experience.
Ensure monthly payroll is closed as per schedule and without discrepancy.
Responsible for recruitment of local and foreign worker.
Ensure worker license and permit application and renewal are complete before due date.
Handle employee disciplinary, grievance and welfare matters, and provide advise to the Management.
Assist in safety matter which includes incident/accident investigation, site audit and documentation.
Study, propose and implement HR initiatives and activities to improve efficiency.
Requirements:
Possess a degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
Possess own transport.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in payroll and foreign worker administration.
Proactive, organized, meticulous, and logical reasoning skills.
