Job summary

QL Livestock Farming Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable administrator with managerial experience to develop and uphold organisational standards across policies, workflows and reporting. You will lead a team, review processes for efficiency, prepare invoices and daily production documents, and coordinate with internal departments and farms.

The role emphasizes leadership, timely data handling and compliance with group policies, with opportunities to influence operational improvements in a leading ASEAN

Qualifications

• Possess a degree in Business, Accounting, or related.
• At least 2 years of experience at managerial capacity.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, enhance, implement and maintain administrative standards, guidelines, policies, procedures and workflows.
• Review existing processes and workflows considering time, cost, disruption, scheduling and legal implications; make recommendations and enforce action plans.
• Identify, collect, evaluate and present trends and data relevant to the plant in qualitative and quantitative forms.
• Ensure daily data and documents (invoices, delivery orders, credit notes) are prepared on time.
• Prepare and review weekly status, attendance and daily production reports.
• Train, guide, mentor and supervise supervisors and clerks to ensure compliance with guidelines and policies.
• Assist in manpower planning, recruitment and induction on Group policies.
• Act as contact point for external, management, internal departments and farms.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office, pantry and toilets.

Job description

Develop, review, enhance, implement and maintain administrative standards, guidelines, policies procedures and workflows.

Review existing process and workflow considering factors such as time, cost, disruption, scheduling, and legal implication, make recommendation, and enforce action plan.

Identify, collect, evaluate, develop and present trends, data, analyses and other information in qualitative and quantitative which are relevant to the plant.

Ensure daily data and document are prepared on time namely invoice, delivery order, and credit note.

Ensure weekly daily status (attendance) and daily production reports are prepared and reviewed.

Train, guide, mentor, motivate and supervise direct and indirect reporting supervisors and clerks in carrying out their roles and responsibilities to ensure in compliance with guidelines, policies and procedures.

Assist in manpower planning and optimization, perform hiring, and run induction on Group's policies.

Act as contact point for external, management, internal departmental, and farms.

Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the office, pantry and toilets area.

Monitor petty cash and ensure weekly petty cash summary is prepared.
