Allied Group Property Services Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead our people strategy, partnering with senior leaders to build an inclusive workplace and align HR practices with business goals.

You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, compensation, and employee relations while coaching the HR team and using metrics to drive improvements; this role offers a collaborative, supportive environment and meaningful

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in a senior or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, talent management, and employment compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to advise senior leaders and manage sensitive matters with discretion.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people-leadership skills.
• Experience with HR information systems and HR data or reporting tools.

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead and strengthen our people strategy.
