Job summary

Qualifications

• 4–5 years experience in customer support with at least 1 year using HR systems.
• Experience in documenting system requirements and processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with cross-functional teams.

• Handle and respond to client feedback and inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with the IT team to address and resolve client issues.
• Record and document client feedback and system issues accurately.
• Coordinate and manage HR system projects with clients and internal teams.
