• Administer and support SuccessFactors in alignment with HRIS colleagues.
• Administer and support other HR-related applications and software.

• Support regular updates/patches following vendor cycles.
• Support HR in defining internal processes.
• Support tool selection and implementation based on HR needs.
• Support external consultants and suppliers as required.
• Create and maintain system documentation including FDS and SOPs.
• Design and generate reports and metrics to support HR Operations.
