Job summary

IJM Corporation Berhad is looking for an HR Systems professional to manage SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring smooth daily operations and alignment with HR processes across the group. You will collaborate with HR and external vendors on projects, upgrades and improvements, maintain data accuracy and security, and prepare reports to support HR decisions.

Based in Selangor, Malaysia, this role offers the chance to contribute to the company’s ongoing HR digitalization and improve user experience for HR

Qualifications

• A degree in IT or a related field.
• 5–8 years experience in HR systems.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR processes.
• Experience handling projects or system improvements.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with vendors or external partners is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the HR system to ensure smooth daily operations
• Work with HR to understand needs and improve system processes
• Make system changes, enhancements and drive continuous improvements
• Help resolve system issues and provide user support
• Support and manage HR system projects, upgrades and improvements
• Coordinate with external vendors/consultants to ensure timely delivery
• Ensure HR data is accurate, secure and up to date
• Prepare simple reports and dashboards to support HR decisions
• Ensure the system follows company policies and compliance requirements
