Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corp. in Penang, Malaysia is seeking an HRIS Administrator to manage SuccessFactors and related HRIS applications. You will troubleshoot, support updates, and work with HR to optimize internal processes and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support SuccessFactors in alignment with HRIS colleagues.
• Administer and support other HR-related applications and software.

• Support tool selection and implementation based on HR needs.

• Create and maintain system documentation including FDS and SOPs.
• Design and generate reports and metrics to support HR Operations.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Essential:

• Strong analytical capability, attention to detail and best practice knowledge.
• Ability and willingness to learn new skills over time which are required for the job.
• Collaborative and consultative approach.
• Understanding of HR data, processes and tools.
• Experience of working with systems, configuration, logic.
• Fluent in English language.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Qualification(s) demonstrating strong analytical skills.

Desirable

• Experience in SuccessFactors or other HRIS
• Experience in Jira management and ServiceNow ticketing tools

Qualifications

• GCSE level education or Apprenticeship in HR, IT or Business
• Understanding of HR processes and tools
• HR or SAP Certification(s), desirable but not essential
