Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. seeks an HR professional to act as a single point of contact for employees and managers within the business unit, driving cross-functional HR projects and organisational improvements.

You will identify gaps, propose changes to cover risks, build strong internal client relationships, and guide change management. Maintain vitality charts, ensure policy compliance, and support change processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Act as the HR project lead coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
• Manage relationships with internal clients and stakeholders.
• Identify gaps and propose changes to mitigate risks.
• Drive performance improvements and people management changes.
• Maintain organization vitality charts as business performance improves.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local labour law.
• Provide guidance and support during change initiatives.
• Contribute to QMS and process improvements within the org.
• Support additional duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Act as a single point of contact for employees and managers in the business unit.
• Manage complex and difficult HR projects cross-functionally.
• Actively identify gaps, propose and implement changes necessary to cover risks.
• Build strong business relationships with internal clients and facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for employees.
• Act as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management.
• Design and maintain organization vitality charts as the performance of the business unit improves.
• Ensure compliance to companys policies and procedures as well as local labour law.
• Involves helping the organization's members understand what the change means to them and providing ongoing guidance and support.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management for QMS and effective implementation.
