Job summary

You will work closely with hiring managers across departments to understand needs and execute effective recruitment strategies, sourcing from multiple platforms to attract top talent. Your role involves engaging active and passive candidates, managing the recruiting pipeline, coordinating events, and supporting various HR initiatives with the team.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of recruitment experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university.
• Independent, creative and accountable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to design and implement full cycle recruitment.
• Collaborate with departments to understand business needs and execute recruitment processes.
• Customize creative sourcing and screening strategies across platforms to attract ideal talents.
• Design and implement initiatives to engage active and passive candidates.
• Manage recruiting pipeline, resource needs, and coordinate recruiting events and referrals.
• Collaborate with team members across areas to support HR initiatives.
