Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. in Malaysia seeks an Assistant Manager Human Resources to oversee payroll, staff claims, and expenses while driving recruitment to ensure candidates fit the role and culture.

You will coordinate onboarding, probation reviews, performance appraisals and terminations, and assist in manpower planning, compensation and benefits, and other HR matters. Strong communication across levels is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of HR administration experience in a large staff population.

Responsibilities

• Handle monthly payroll, staff claims and expenses.
• Manage recruitment process to ensure candidates fit role and culture.
• Coordinate onboarding, probation reviews, employee evaluations and terminations.
• Assist in manpower planning, compensation & benefits and performance management.
• Maintain records and compile HR-related statistics (hires, transfers, appraisals, absenteeism).
• Process appointments, reassignments, promotions and other HR actions timely and sensitively.
