Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. seeks a Payroll Coordinator to lead a payroll team and ensure accurate, timely processing.

You will supervise attendance, allowances, overtime, bonuses, and statutory payments while maintaining HRIS data and producing monthly payroll reports. In addition, you will educate partners on compensation & benefits, leave, health & welfare, insurance/SOCSO, medical matters, and disciplinary guidelines, while managing various compensation projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or equivalent.
• Good planning, organizing, communications, interpersonal skill.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the team to ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time.
• Oversee attendance monitoring, allowances, overtime, bonuses, and statutory payments.
• Maintain and update HRIS to keep partner information up to date.
• Generate monthly payroll-related reports.
• Provide guidance to partners on compensation & benefits, leave, health & welfare, insurance/SOCSO, medical, and disciplinary matters.
• Manage ongoing, periodic and ad-hoc compensation projects.
