Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. in Malaysia seeks an HR reporting specialist to own MI/HR reporting, including learning, recruitment, goals and performance summary reports. You will publish on schedule, provide insights beyond numbers, and be the first point of contact for the business.

You will develop reporting capabilities across Workday and Power BI, support data quality, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely insights under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Excel, with advanced formulas.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and data visualization.
• Proficient in Power BI report building.
• Experience with Salesforce and Workday is an added advantage.
• Ability to understand stakeholder requirements and deliver insights under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain MI and HR reports with data from multiple sources.
• Publish reports on agreed dates and frequencies.
• Provide basic analysis and actionable insights beyond numbers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve report-related issues.
